| Ordered two decals. One was alright. Did not want to come off the paper, but it looks like it should. The other was a joke. First of all it did blot look like it did online. It was the backfire font. and the letters would not come off the paper. Very aggriavated With the product. Shipping was good but I will not order again. |

I understand how installing decals can at times be a little frustrating, especially the larger ones. One of the most important tips to ensure easy removal from application tape is to give the decal a firm squeegee before peeling.
I understand it might not be possible to make everyone in the world happy but it you contact me first, I will promise to do my best to try.

| We love our family decal however alot of it did not come off right when we went to put it on. Hopefully we can get a replacement. |

| Most likely the decal needs a firm squeegee before attempting to peel it away from the application tape. This is number one on the included MOST IMPORTANT TIPS. Please contact me before leaving feedback. One half of doing business is communication before and after sale. I will contact buyer and most likely resend a new decal ASAP and explain further about the most important application tips which make installation a piece of cake. |

| I've ordered from many vinyl providers in the past - from custom signs/decals to straight sheets of vinyl. Well, now I know where I'm getting everything from now on ! Great prices, top quality (thick) vinyl, and speedy service. I have to admit, I initially thought I would receive my sheet folded in half or maybe quarters. Nope ! It was received flat in a big bubble wrap envelope, with more bubble wrap inside, and a thick piece of corrugated cardboard to match the inside dimensions of the envelope ! Above and beyond ! |
