We no londer use a phone for business. For years we had a business phone but it mostly rang after business hours, or late at night. This is because we ship worldwide. With email communication we will answer as soon as possible. We will have a record of all conversation which helps us to manage jobs better. This just works better for us. We understand if you need to do business by phone but we are now an email only business. We understand if you would rather shop elsewhere because of this part of our operation. |
